Delivery terms:

We will do everything possible to meet the established delivery deadlines, however, this cannot be guaranteed. The duration of the delivery time is subject to the technical conditions under which the courier companies operate and external factors, things that cannot be fully controlled. If your order has not arrived on time, you must first check at the local delivery office. We cannot process any claim for an item that has not been delivered if at least 10 working days have not passed since the item was shipped. All requests must be made within 28 working days from the date of shipment (for the shipping date check the "Shipping Confirmation" email).

Customs and customs duties:

Within the European Union there are no customs duties for intra-community trade. However, for destinations outside the EU, buyers must check if there are customs duties in the destination country for the ordered products.
