You are protected by the return policy if you return the products within 7 days of receipt for a refund of the amounts paid. Please contact our customer service before sending the products back. The products must be returned in good condition, without signs of unsealing or use. Unsealed and used products are not accepted for return.

Products can be returned using the return facilities from the user's personal account.

Please do not forget to notify us when you have sent the order as well as the corresponding tracking number, so that we can track the delivery. After receipt and verification, the money is refunded within 3-5 working days. Product returns Pack the items safely, go to the post office and ship the parcel. Return costs are the responsibility of the buyers except in situations where the fault belongs to the seller.
