You are protected by the return policy if you return the products within 14 days of receipt for a refund of the paid amounts. Please contact our customer service before sending the products back. The products must be returned in good condition, without signs of unsealing or use. Unsealed and used products are not accepted for return.

Products can be returned using the return facilities in the user's personal account.

Please do not forget to notify us when you have sent the order as well as the corresponding tracking number, so that we can track the delivery. After receipt and verification, the money is refunded within 3-5 working days.

Recommendations for product returns:

Pack the items for safe shipping and send the shipment. Return expenses are the responsibility of the buyers, except in situations where the fault lies with the seller. If the situation is attributable to the seller, along with the return of the payment, the buyer will also be refunded the shipping cost.
